Most frequent questions and answers
  1. Scroll down to the footer of any Nantucket.net web page.
  2. Click on “Register”FAQ Account
  3. Fill out the registration form that pops up, and click “Create Account”.FAQ Account
  4. Once your account is successfully registered you can login by clicking either the top login “here” button or the “Login” button at the bottom of the popup. This will bring you to a new login popup or login page. If you do not wish to log in right then you can click outside of the popup to close the window.FAQ Account

  3. A popup Login window will appear. Or you will be redirected to a login page.
  4. Fill out your username and password. Click “Login”
  1. First Register an Account if you do not already have one. If you have already registered an account, please login. you can find both options in the footer of any Nantucket.net website page.
  2. Once you are logged in it will take you to the home page.
  3. Now find your listing. Click on your listing to bring up the listing page, on the right you should see a button “Claim Listing” click it.Claim Listing
  4. It will bring up a popup window “Claim Listing:” Please fill out the form and click “Send”Claim Listing
  5. A new popup should come up prompting you for payment to take over your listing. Click the “Checkout” Button.FAQ Claim Listing
  6. This will bring you to the check out. Fill out the form, don’t forget your Discount code if you have one.FAQ Claim Listing
  7. Proceed to check out with PayPal.
  8. Once you have processed your payment you should be redirected to a payment confirmation page.

There are a few reasons why your listing might not have been approved.

  • Your payment has been declined.
  • You forgot to pay or clicked out of the payment window and it closed and you can’t find the invoice(see farther down this answer for instructions.
  • We need more prof that you are the owner or manager of the listing. You will need to contacting us directly here.

How do I find and pay my invoice so I can finish the process of claiming my listing?

  1. Log into your account, you can find the log in button at the bottom of any page of this website.
  2. Go to your “Account” you can find this button at the bottom of any page of this website after you have logged in.
  3. Click “Invoices”
  4. Pay for your listing.

It may take up to 24 hours for a listing to be full verified and approved after payment has processed.

  1. Click on the “Profile” button that can be found in the footer of any Nantucket.net web page. This will bring you to your profile page. If you do not see a “Profile” button you need to log into your account.
  2. Click on the three stacked dots at the bottom right of your listing to bring up a menu. Click “Edit”.FAQ Edit
  3. Once you are done editing your page press “Submit Listing” you will be redirected to a confirmation page click the “here” in “Update received, your changes are now live and can be viewed here.” To see your live listing.
