Information

In 2021,  the Nantucket Lightship Basket Museum joined with the Nantucket Historical Association, and now the NLBM history, tradition, and craft is preserved in a new home with the NHA. In the Hadwen House on upper main street, visitors can see an more than 100 Nantucket lightship baskets, exploring artistry and innovation from land-based origins to nineteenth-century lightships into the twenty-first century.
