Nantucket Island Surf School

Nantucket Island Surf School offers private and group surf lessons at Cisco Beach for students of all ages and abilities. Founded in 1999, the school provides surfboards, wetsuits, and experienced instructors certified in CPR and first aid, making it easy for beginners and returning surfers to get in the water. In addition to lessons, the school also offers surfboard, boogie board, and wetsuit rentals throughout the season.

Nantucket Family Resource Center

The Nantucket Family Resource Center provides free family support services, referrals, parenting resources, and youth assistance programs for Nantucket families and caregivers. Located at Freedom Square, the nonprofit organization helps connect children, parents, and caregivers with educational support, assessments, community programs, and guidance designed to strengthen family well being across the island.

Nantucket Looms

Founded in 1968, Nantucket Looms is a weaving studio, retail shop, and interior design business offering handwoven textiles, home décor, furnishings, artwork, and design services. The Main Street shop features artisan goods and a collection inspired by Nantucket’s relaxed and timeless style.
