Enter this fenced island garden park through the gate on India Street, next to the entrance of the Nantucket Atheneum. Here you’ll find benches, a chess table, and a grassy area surrounded by plantings and trees. Events are sometimes hosted in this park, including NanPuppets for children, book signings during the Nantucket Book Festival, art shows, public concerts, and more. It is open from morning to evening.
