“Cooking from the Book” with Chef Greg: Dinner Demo Inspired by James Beard

In anticipation of our film screening on James Beard, join us for a multi-course meal featuring Chef Greg’s interpretation of recipes by the iconic James Beard. Attendees will watch Chef Greg prepare different elements of each course. Come alone or bring your friends! Everyone is welcome!
