Marzano-Lesnevich’s startling memoir The Fact of a Body follows their story from childhood, interspersed with the story of a murderer they are researching while a law clerk. Each narrative informs the other, and their conclusions, personal and professional, are revelatory. The Fact of a Body has been acclaimed by The New York Times, the Los Angeles Review of Books, and The Boston Globe, among many others. Marzano-Lesnevich, who teaches at Harvard, will be in conversation with Amy Jenness, author and Program Director for the Nantucket Atheneum.
